Tina focuses on a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child and spousal support, separation agreements, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. She approaches each case with the understanding that family law matters are deeply personal and require strategies tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, with particular sensitivity to the emotional complexities involved.
Originally from the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia, Tina spent much of her early adulthood in Lynchburg, Virginia. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Randolph College and her Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law. During law school, she served as a board member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) team and as Faculty Works Editor for The Liberty Lawyer.
During the first six years of her career, Tina served as a Guardian ad Litem, representing the best interests of children and providing the Court with informed recommendations. These recommendations were based on thorough investigations and direct engagement with children and their families. Tina is a member of the State Bars of Virginia, Georgia, and the District of Columbia. Outside of her practice, she enjoys swimming, kayaking, and spending time at the beach. She is also an avid reader and sets a personal goal of reading at least fifty books each year.
